4.9 — SYNTHETIC FUR LININGS

Synthetic fur pile linings for warmth and soft-touch comfort.

Synthetic fur is a pile fabric — a knitted or woven base carrying a dense surface of synthetic fibres raised into a soft, insulating nap. As a lining it does the job of natural shearling or fleece without the cost, weight variability, or sourcing constraints: it traps a layer of warm air against the foot or body, and presents a soft, consistent hand that reads as premium in the finished product.

Shakti Group supplies synthetic fur linings in a range of pile heights and densities, from a short, dense plush for structured footwear linings to a longer, softer pile for winter boots and apparel. Pile height, fibre, colour, and base construction are specified to the requirement.

Available bonded or laminated to a face fabric where a single lined composite is needed for downstream cutting and assembly.
