Ethylene Vinyl Acetate is the dominant cushioning and structural foam in footwear manufacturing — used in insoles, midsoles, and as an outsole component across virtually every category from safety boots to sports shoes. Its combination of low density, defined compressive properties, and ease of fabrication makes it the material footwear manufacturers reach for first.

Shakti Group produces EVA in flat sheet and roll form by splitting and jointing pre-made EVA blocks to defined thickness and Shore A hardness. The output is consistent-dimension material — flat, dimensionally stable, and ready for die-cutting, skiving, or direct use as an insole blank or midsole component. We do not process raw EVA compound; we work with finished block material.

Thickness, density, colour, and surface finish are specifiable. Material is supplied as roll goods for high-volume cutting operations or as pre-cut sheets depending on requirement.
