Airmesh is a three-dimensional spacer fabric — two face layers held apart by a dense pile of monofilament yarns, creating an open, air-permeable core between them. That construction gives the material two properties footwear and sportswear manufacturers value together: it breathes, letting air and moisture move through the fabric rather than trapping heat, and it cushions, with the monofilament pile providing springy, resilient support that recovers its loft after compression.

Shakti Group supplies Airmesh across a range of thicknesses and pile densities. A thinner, tighter construction suits lightweight shoe linings and collar padding; a thicker, more open spacer suits insole top-covers, backpack panels, and seating where sustained cushioning and ventilation matter.
